CS & Operations Coordinator (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties including document processing, record keeping, and report compilation
• Receive, classify, reconcile, and summarize documents and information
• Plan, organize, and coordinate transversal HR projects
• Manage project workstream plans and resource allocation
• Lead information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
• Identify and analyze project requirements throughout the lifecycle
• Evaluate and address project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Prepare and present project review reports and presentations
• Lead and mentor small to medium-sized project teams
• Implement innovative processes to improve existing operations
• Manage project resources and control costs
• Organize and prepare complex documents using various applications
• Conduct and facilitate assurance reviews

Requirements

• Upper Secondary School education
• Basic experience of simple office and operational systems
