About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls about products, website navigation, billing, order status, and returns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unresolved or disconnected interactions
- Meet performance metrics: about 5 minutes average handle time and minimum 60 calls per day
- Prioritize customer needs and overall business health in decisions
Requirements
- Above-average verbal communication with a clear, neutral accent
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Above-average technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while controlling interactions
- Minimum one year of BPO customer service experience
- High reliability and flexibility with varying schedules
- Intel i5 or comparable processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Internet connection with minimum 30 Mbps speed
- Noise-canceling headset and dual monitors
