About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical culinary training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops
- Coach and mentor learners to develop technical skills and kitchen discipline
- Prepare and improve recipes, training materials, and lesson plans
- Assess learner performance through practical evaluations and competency tracking
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized training environment in compliance with HACCP standards
- Manage training records, stock control, and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years progressive culinary experience at Chef De Partie or above
- Formal culinary qualification from a recognized institution
- Previous experience delivering practical training or mentoring junior chefs
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer luxury accommodations, fine dining, and world-class amenities.
