Responsibilities
- Build and own customer analytics driving Net Revenue Retention and customer success outcomes
- Translate complex customer data into actionable insights and automated intelligence
- Enable Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and executives to make faster retention and expansion decisions
- Validate analytics impact with customer-facing teams and iterate toward trusted insights
