About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and courteous handling of customers in person or over the phone
- Participate in telemarketing activities during specific campaigns
- Welcome service customers and arrange seating to ensure comfort
- Direct customers to the relevant service advisor
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback on customer visits
- Manage customer flow to reduce waiting times and enhance satisfaction
- Support reception in managing courtesy vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the reception area
Requirements
- High school Certificate
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service certification is an advantage
