Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions and concerns
• Assist customers with requests, account-related questions, orders, services, or general issues
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer care, customer service, customer support, or call center roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Comfort using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and digital tools
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
