Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions and concerns
• Assist customers with requests, account-related questions, orders, services, or general issues
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer care standards
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate relevant feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer care, customer service, customer support, call center, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• Professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
• English proficiency is required if the position involves supporting English-speaking customers
