About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers courteously and answer phone calls efficiently
- Provide necessary information, service booking, and guidance
- Arrange seating and ensure customer comfort until attended to by a Service Advisor
- Direct customers to the relevant advisor
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback on ATM visits
- Manage customer flow to reduce waiting times
- Support reception in managing courtesy vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area to uphold corporate image
- Participate in telemarketing activities during campaigns
Requirements
- High school Certificate
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Well groomed with a pleasant personality
- Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
- Customer service certification is an advantage
