Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information about our services and products
• Assist clients with account-related issues, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Educate clients on the use of ADIB Securities trading platforms and tools
• Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments such as as Client Services, Compliance, Sales, and Operations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• UAE National Only
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or stock brokerage environment
• Knowledge of stock market principles and trading platforms
• Good presentation skills and product knowledge
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure
