About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls and emails about stock brokerage accounts
- Assist clients with account setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Educate clients on ADIB Securities trading platforms and tools
- Resolve complaints professionally, escalating complex cases to supervisors
- Follow up with clients to confirm issues are resolved
- Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Sales and Operations teams
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service or stock brokerage environment
- Knowledge of stock market principles and trading platforms
- Good presentation skills, poise and product knowledge
- Strong time-management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in Arabic and English
