Customer Consultant (German Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding: guiding new clients through systems and processes
• Approvals & administration: checking requirements and managing structured workflows
• Customer consulting: answering inquiries professionally via phone and written communication
• Support & care: serving as a reliable contact point for clients
• Live calls: accompanying group calls and ensuring smooth preparation and execution

Requirements

• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented work style
• Comfort working within clear systems and predefined processes
• Binding, objective, and friendly communication skills (verbal and written) "German language fluency (native or fluent level)"
• Meticulous documentation skills
• Experience in customer contact, coaching, or online marketing is a plus
