Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with users as the first point of contact via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone
• Understand customer needs and propose solutions to meet unique business requirements
• Proactively follow up on customer-raised issues
• Suggest improvements for product and expense processes based on customer feedback
• Work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering teams to improve the product experience
• Act as a product expert for customers and a customer expert for the product team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles at prominent startups
• Strong fluency in both Arabic and English (written and oral)
• Background in Fintech or B2B SaaS preferred
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and identify logical next steps for resolution
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a productive team member
