About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle present and phone customers courteously, providing information and service booking
- Direct customers to the relevant advisor and arrange seating while they wait
- Take part in telemarketing during campaigns and call customers for visit feedback
- Support reception with courtesy vehicles and keep the reception area clean
Requirements
- High school certificate
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Well groomed with pleasant personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service skills or certification
- Exposure to multicultural environment
