Customer Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process
• Help customers understand products, services, and next steps
• Coordinate onboarding activities, meetings, and required information
• Respond to customer questions and provide timely support
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on pending tasks
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues or coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer information and onboarding records
• Ensure customers have a smooth and positive onboarding experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer success, customer support, account management, or a similar role
• Experience working directly with customers or clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking customers or teams
