Customer Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer point-of-contact for daily communications and follow-ups
• Perform project management duties for multiple aircraft, including risk identification and constraint management
• Execute and maintain schedules through aircraft delivery
• Monitor workflow to ensure work packages are on schedule and within budget
• Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops
• Review and approve final customer invoices
• Meet or exceed facility financial objectives on all projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
• Minimum of 2 years customer project management or supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of regulatory governance (GCAA, EASA, FAA, Part 145)
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP and office applications
