About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle deposit account documentation, including opening and closing accounts and observing KYC policies
- Manage finance account documentation, including finance applications and customer file maintenance
- Sell and cross-sell ADIB products to promote the bank's image
- Manage, train, and appraise subordinates
- Support CRM in preparing budget variance comments and responding to internal audit/ICD comments
- Comply with all operational controls and bank policies
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of retail banking financial products and services
- Thorough knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Sales and training skills
- Computer and management information skills
