Customer Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle deposit account documentation, including opening and closing accounts and observing KYC policies
• Manage finance account documentation, including finance applications and customer file maintenance
• Sell and cross-sell ADIB products to promote the bank's image
• Manage, train, and appraise subordinates
• Support CRM in preparing budget variance comments and responding to internal audit/ICD comments
• Comply with all operational controls and bank policies

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of retail banking financial products and services
• Thorough knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
• Sales and training skills
• Computer and management information skills
