About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage deposit account documentation and handle inquiries
- Handle finance account documentation and prepare applications
- Sell and cross-sell ADIB products to promote the bank's image
- Manage, train, and appraise subordinates
- Support CRM in budget variance analysis and process improvements
- Comply with operational controls and internal audit requirements
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services
- Thorough knowledge of ADIB's Retail Credit and Operational Policies
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Sales and management skills
- Training and Management Information skills
