Customer Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage deposit account documentation, including opening and closing accounts and observing KYC policies.
• Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards.
• Sell and cross-sell ADIB's products to promote the bank's image.
• Manage and coordinate staff, including training and appraisals.
• Support CRM in preparing budget variance comments and responding to internal audit comments.
• Comply with operational controls and ADIB's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking financial products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB's Retail Credit and Operational Policies and Procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
• Thorough knowledge of all regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
• Sales and management skills.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.
