About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle deposit and finance account documentation and inquiries
- Open and close deposit accounts, observing KYC policies and Central Bank instructions
- Sell and cross-sell ADIB products and promote the bank's image
- Manage subordinates, including training and appraisal
- Support monthly budget tracking and internal audit responses
- Comply with key operational controls and policies
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and services
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Retail credit and operational policies and procedures
- Sales, training and management information skills
- Computer skills
