About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage deposit account documentation, including opening and closing accounts and observing KYC policies
- Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards and maintain customer files
- Sell and cross-sell ADIB products to promote the bank's image
- Manage subordinates, including planning their training and appraisals
- Support CRM in preparing budget variance comments and responses to internal audits
- Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and procedures in daily operations
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of Retail Banking financial products and services
- Thorough knowledge of Retail Credit and Operational Policies and Procedures
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- General awareness of local market competitors
- Strong sales and training skills
