About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and open or close deposit accounts, observing KYC policies
- Process finance and covered card applications and customer file maintenance
- Sell and cross-sell ADIB products and promote the bank's image
- Manage and develop subordinates, planning their training and appraisal
- Support budget variance comments, internal audit responses and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer relations or similar banking roles
- Broad knowledge of retail banking products and UAE banking regulations
- Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations and credit policies
- Sales, training and management information skills
- Computer skills
