About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume outbound outreach to existing customers via phone and text
- Identify target customers through data analysis and transaction history
- Engage customers in consultative conversations regarding the value of the cryptocurrency kiosk platform
- Educate customers on products, services, and benefits
- Handle objections and competing offers with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach
- Use sales strategies and marketing tools like discount codes and promotions to drive re-engagement
- Maintain accurate activity logs and customer interaction records in CRM tools
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through relationship-based selling
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention goals
- Ability to explain complex topics like blockchain and cryptocurrency simply
- Experience handling objections with composure
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with AI tools is a plus
- Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
