Customer Retention Specialist

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Identify customers who may be at risk of churning
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with customers to improve engagement and satisfaction
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and retention activities
• Identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and retention

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer retention, customer success, account management, customer service, or a similar role
• Experience working directly with customers or clients
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency is required
