About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle calls and messages from customers, partners and prospects on the inbound channel
- Listen actively, clarify requirements and resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with Rider Support and Partner Care teams on order fulfillment
- Meet customer service KPIs including response time, resolution rate and satisfaction
- Support partners across calls, emails and chats, with basic IT troubleshooting
- Escalate repeated failure patterns to the Escalations team or line manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in customer service or call centre roles
- Strong verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Flexible, rotational shifts including weekends
