About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard customer service across calls, live chat and email
- Meet operational SLAs and customer satisfaction targets
- Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues efficiently
- Escalate customer feedback to senior management and relevant teams
Requirements
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Customer-facing experience in the luxury service industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Flexible for shift work including nights and weekends, on-site
- Technically proficient
Preferred Qualifications
- Call centre experience
- Arabic language skills
