About the role
Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient transport of ADAC guests within the airport terminal
- Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding rules, regulations, and airport facilities
- Coordinate buggy transport services for arrivals and departures
- Assist elderly passengers, children, and people of determination
- Monitor and manage internal lift entrapment and panic alarm processes
- Collect passenger feedback and report unattended items according to SOP
- Support and respond to passenger needs during emergencies
- Report faults and maintain communication with the Team Leader
Requirements
- Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern (4 days on, 2 days off)
- Capability to remain mobile and move around the terminal throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced airport environment
