Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style.
Responsibilities
- Complaint management through phone or writing
- Resolving complaints or escalating to management
- Answering customer queries and following up on shipments
- Abandoned cart sales via phone calls
- Inbound sales to finalize incomplete purchases
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation
- Experience in startup or eCommerce environments
- Proficiency with Social Media, WhatsApp, and Monday.com
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in Khaleeji Arabic
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
