Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages
• Process customer orders, coordinate service schedules, and support resource planning
• Monitor service providers’ work orders and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate spare parts inventory records, allocation, and stock control
• Maintain service documentation, reports, and operational data analysis
• Support and coordinate with technicians, installers, drivers, and service teams to achieve service targets
• Assist with administrative tasks and service improvement projects

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or service operations
• Experience with CRM systems and service process management preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong reporting skills
• Basic technical knowledge of products/services
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work proactively and collaborate with teams
