About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages
- Process customer orders, coordinate service schedules, and support resource planning
- Monitor service providers’ work orders and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate spare parts inventory records, allocation, and stock control
- Maintain service documentation, reports, and operational data analysis
- Support and coordinate with technicians, installers, drivers, and service teams to achieve service targets
- Assist with administrative tasks and service improvement projects
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or service operations
- Experience with CRM systems and service process management preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong reporting skills
- Basic technical knowledge of products/services
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work proactively and collaborate with teams
