Customer Service Consultant

Responsibilities

• Process sales and customer service calls professionally
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat within set timeframes
• Resolve customer issues and handle complaints
• Offer products and extras to clients
• Perform booking and quoting of flights and packages
• Manage recovery of failed or cancelled bookings
• Calculate quotations for flight schedule changes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Perform administrative tasks related to products and processes

Requirements

• Working knowledge of GDS
• Experience in the travel industry
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce or online environments
