About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all club members and visitors
- Handle member inquiries, registrations, and membership renewals
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and phone calls
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintaining club cleanliness standards
- Promote club facilities and personal training services to members
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple tasks
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
