About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer service function within the Everyday Goods division
- Manage customer inquiries and oversee the order lifecycle from entry to delivery confirmation
- Act as escalation point for key accounts, coordinating with supply chain, sales and logistics
- Monitor stock levels and communicate order status and delivery timelines to clients
- Handle customer complaints and implement effective resolution strategies
- Gather customer feedback and drive process automation initiatives
- Support the sales team in achieving service targets
- Mentor and train customer service staff
Requirements
- 3-4 years of customer service experience, particularly with Modern Trade clients
- Experience with LPO, sales order processing and outbound delivery printing
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge of document attachment and warehouse handover processes
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
