Customer Service Representative BR 2

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are fully resolved
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
