About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to incoming calls within quality guidelines
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to satisfaction within defined authority limits
- Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs
- Ensure quality of inbound and outbound calls by achieving service standards and satisfaction scores
- Generate new prospects and leads for upselling FAB products
- Maintain accurate customer records and history through service requests and notes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of bank customers and data
- Adhere to bank policies, local laws, and scheduled shifts
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Strong skills in customer service, problem solving, and documentation
- Excellent listening and phone communication skills
