Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and/or customer service calls
• Respond to customer inquiries via all communication channels within set timeframes
• Resolve customer issues and manage inquiry queues
• Present additional products and services to customers based on needs analysis
• Maintain company and customer privacy
• Perform administrative tasks related to Travelstart products and operations
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Book and clarify flight and package prices according to customer requests
• Process unsuccessful or canceled bookings
• Identify and explain flight prices and schedule changes

Requirements

• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Experience in the travel sector
• E-commerce experience is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
