Customer Success Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strong advocate for customers and end users within the organization
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and practice administrators
• Partner with customers to maximize value from Lightning Bolt Scheduling
• Use Salesforce, Zendesk, Pendo, and Looker to monitor account health and adoption trends
• Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives
• Own and resolve escalated service issues
• Collaborate with Account Executives to execute customer account plans
• Support renewal readiness and manage renewal paperwork for select accounts
• Maintain accurate customer documentation in Salesforce and Confluence

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
• 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS products
• Experience with scheduling workflows or healthcare operations preferred
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Looker, or Pendo
• Ability to travel up to 25%
