About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strong advocate for customers and end users within the organization
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and practice administrators
- Partner with customers to maximize value from Lightning Bolt Scheduling
- Use Salesforce, Zendesk, Pendo, and Looker to monitor account health and adoption trends
- Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Own and resolve escalated service issues
- Collaborate with Account Executives to execute customer account plans
- Support renewal readiness and manage renewal paperwork for select accounts
- Maintain accurate customer documentation in Salesforce and Confluence
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
- 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS products
- Experience with scheduling workflows or healthcare operations preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Looker, or Pendo
- Ability to travel up to 25%
