About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers, resolving issues promptly
- Resolve email, chat and social media customer inquiries
- Escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
- Update and document customer interactions
- Recommend products, services or offers based on customer needs
- Gather customer insights to improve support processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk
- Solution-focused and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills
