Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through various functions such as project management, implementation, support, or analytics
• Act as a technical and functional expert to guide customers in meeting their business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of AI-powered accounts receivable and payment solutions
• Provide high-quality guidance across diverse industries to help customers maximize their business value

Requirements

• Proven background in Customer Success, Project Management, Implementation, or Support
• Experience within the Accounts Receivable (AR) or payments domain
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI-driven fintech or B2B software solutions
• Ability to manage complex client lifecycles in a fast-paced, remote environment
