About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with assigned customers as the primary point of contact
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to analyze satisfaction and AI performance
- Proactively identify new use cases and communicate product updates
- Monitor client accounts to detect churn risk and develop retention strategies
- Conduct adoption workshops and training sessions to increase customer proficiency
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and improvements
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records using Planhat and other CRM tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience
- Experience within SaaS or AI-driven environments preferred
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to success strategies
- Experience with CRM tools such as Planhat
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, customer-centric, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for technology and artificial intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI implementation
- Experience with technical troubleshooting
