Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing relationships with assigned customers as the primary point of contact
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to analyze satisfaction and AI performance
• Proactively identify new use cases and communicate product updates
• Monitor client accounts to detect churn risk and develop retention strategies
• Conduct adoption workshops and training sessions to increase customer proficiency
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and improvements
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate records using Planhat and other CRM tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience
• Experience within SaaS or AI-driven environments preferred
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to success strategies
• Experience with CRM tools such as Planhat
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, customer-centric, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for technology and artificial intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI implementation
• Experience with technical troubleshooting
