Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Join customer calls, take notes, and track action items
• Own all follow-up after calls and ensure internal task completion
• Maintain Jira tickets and accurate account health scores
• Collaborate with Solution Architects during onboarding
• Partner with Technical Support Engineering to triage and route issues
• Monitor product adoption and flag low engagement
• Support Account Directors with renewal and upsell opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
• Experience managing enterprise accounts across technical and executive stakeholders
• Exceptionally organized with a track record of managing follow-ups
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Salesforce
• Background in cybersecurity or AI/ML is a plus
