About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a growing book of accounts across the Middle East
- Lead Hub implementations delivered in Arabic, partnering with the Product Success team on AMS and other product lines
- Drive renewals and account health in line with team renewal targets
- Partner closely with the Middle East Account Executive and sales team on demos and cross-sell opportunities
- Build in-person relationships through regular on-site customer visits across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider Middle East
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience working within a professional sport organization or club
- Strong project management, data literacy, and communication abilities
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
- Ability to translate technical concepts for coaches, medical staff, and administrators
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within professional football or Olympic organizations
- Existing relationships or market knowledge in the Middle East region
- Prior experience using Teamworks products (Hub or AMS)
