About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts across multiple OEMs
- Provide monthly product review reporting and optimization recommendations
- Analyze and review digital performance in detail
- Complete website edits and troubleshoot issues to meet service levels
- Communicate and implement customer KPIs with cross-functional teams
- Prioritize and communicate resolution on escalated customer issues
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and track project status
- Assist in driving customer retention and identifying growth opportunities
- Create and update knowledge base articles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Google Analytics Certification
- 2+ years of account management or dealership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, JIRA, and CRM
- 2+ years of automotive industry experience
