Customer Success Manager II

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts across multiple OEMs
• Provide monthly product review reporting and optimization recommendations
• Analyze and review digital performance in detail
• Complete website edits and troubleshoot issues to meet service levels
• Communicate and implement customer KPIs with cross-functional teams
• Prioritize and communicate resolution on escalated customer issues
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and track project status
• Assist in driving customer retention and identifying growth opportunities
• Create and update knowledge base articles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Google Analytics Certification
• 2+ years of account management or dealership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, JIRA, and CRM
• 2+ years of automotive industry experience
