About the role
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Drive adoption, key metrics and partner relationships
- Conduct business reviews and share best practices
- Serve as primary escalation point and ensure quick resolution
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis for decision-making
- Travel expected 15-25%
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, sales or customer success experience
- Experience driving client retention and customer health metrics
- Experience increasing utilization metrics within assigned accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel, Sheets and Looker experience
- Education technology experience
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
