Customer Success Manager | UAE | Medical Imaging

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for customer satisfaction with Annalise.ai products and services.
• Design, develop, and deliver customer onboarding and training for new releases, upgrades, and changes.
• Lead change management initiatives in partnership with stakeholders including Marketing and Product Management.
• Understand customer workflow, provide clinical support, end-user application training, and support customer adoption.
• Conduct customer discovery as part of pre-sales, create statements of work and success criteria aligned with business goals.
• Develop and drive customer success plans post sale to deliver business value for Annalise.ai investments.
• Work closely with installed base customers to identify success cases, collaborating with marketing on case studies.
• Gather customer insights and feature requests to inform the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management.
• Support ongoing engagement and identify upsell opportunities among existing customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging or Healthcare IT
• Clinical workflow understanding from experience with clinicians/healthcare leadership
• Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems (PACS/RIS, DICOM/HL7)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting
• Results-oriented, collaborative team player
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate
• Willing to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Applications, Customer Success, and/or Sales within healthcare
• Project or change management certifications
• Experience with Salesforce
