About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CS playbooks, SOPs, templates, and best practices
- Implement scalable processes and tooling to support implementation, customer health, and renewals
- Design and run quarterly goal cycles, scorecards, and CS incentive mechanics
- Own opportunity hygiene and tracking in Salesforce
- Develop onboarding and training programs for CS and Implementation teams
- Maintain a centralized knowledge base
- Partner cross-functionally to operationalize product and process changes
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows
- Measure the effectiveness of CS processes and programs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar
- Hands-on Salesforce experience including reporting and workflows
- Experience designing and operationalizing bonus or incentive structures
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle (implementation, adoption, renewals, expansions)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify gaps
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
