About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle user and lead requests about services and Codekeeper accounts
- Support customers with source code management platform connection setup
- Guide leads via email and website chat
- Draft reports from customer-provided information
- Draft legal agreement language to fit customer requirements and prepare documents for manager review
Requirements
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Excellent written English communication
- Analytical thinking and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
