About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice and face of Dressly for users via email and chat
- Handle customer requests and later phone calls
- Work shifts including night shifts and meet KPIs
- Learn the product deeply and identify weak spots in support flows
Requirements
- English level B1+
- Willingness to work about 6 night shifts per month
- Experience serving customers by phone, email, chat or in person
- Initiative, organization and responsibility for results
- Desire to learn and grow in IT
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a helpdesk platform such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
