Customer Support Agent

Responsibilities

• Communicate with users in Spanish and English via chat and email regarding services and websites
• Handle user inquiries and escalate complex requests to other departments
• Manage work shifts (16:00 to 24:00)
• Participate in team interaction meetings to maintain engagement

Requirements

• Written Spanish (B2 level)
• English (B2+ level)
• Experience in customer service via email, chat, and/or live interaction
• Proactive approach and ability to take responsibility for achievements and mistakes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage work time during shifts
• Desire to learn and develop within the IT sector
